From Eastern Long Island:
Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 19 South (Peninsula Blvd.-Rockville Centre). Take Peninsula Blvd. approximately
2½ miles to Ocean Avenue and make a left. There will be a blue “WELCOME TO LYNBROOK” sign
on the corner. Take Ocean Avenue, past Merrick Road to Sunrise Highway (Route
27) and make a right onto Sunrise Highway. Take Sunrise Highway
approximately ½ mile to Atlantic Avenue and make a right. Go under train trestle and A la Carte will be on your right (white lace curtains in the windows).
From Queens:
Take Cross Island Parkway South to Southern State Parkway
East. Take first exit, Exit 13S (Central Avenue-Valley
Stream) south to Merrick Road. Turn left onto Merrick Road and
go approximately 2 miles to Broadway (Citibank on right, movie theater on left).
Turn right on Broadway and proceed one block to Stauderman Avenue
and make a left. Go one block to Atlantic Avenue and make a
left. A la Carte will be on your right (white lace curtains in the windows).
From Brooklyn:
Take the Belt Parkway East to Sunrise Highway exit. Continue East on Sunrise approximately 3 miles into Lynbrook, to Atlantic Avenue. Make a left onto Atlantic, go under train trestle and A la Carte will be on your right (white lace curtains in the windows).
From The Bronx or Westchester:
Whitestone or Throgs Neck Bridge onto the Cross Island Parkway South (then follow directions from Queens above).
From the Long Island Rail Road:
Take the Long Beach or Babylon line to the Lynbrook station. Walk east, parallel with the railroad tracks, on Stauderman Avenue. Turn left onto the 2nd block, Atlantic Avenue, and we are halfway down the block on the right.
