Class Set Up

Classes begin with a light appetizer and an overview, then break into an enjoyable and enlightening experience of hands-on cooking. Both you and your employees are “part of the team” and will cook alongside each other, giving you the opportunity to understand their working style. They’ll be so busy they won’t even realize you are observing! And by the way, you’ll learn some delicious new dishes to prepare for friends and family while you are learning that a united team is a delicious idea!

The class culminates with a glass of wine and the partaking of the beautiful meal you have prepared.

We can always accommodate your budget and schedule but the basic price is $140 per person, with a minimum of 8 people. This includes a 3-hour cooking class, a welcome gourmet cheese and olive platter, a recipe packet, coffee, soft drinks and a glass of wine for each person. We can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. Culinary favors (aprons, pepper mills, zesters), as well as flowers, are available at an additional charge to make your event even more memorable.
