A la Carte Culinary Services is a unique, boutique-style cooking school and culinary service center located in Lynbrook, New York, on the south shore of Long Island. Polly Talbott, CCP, Owner and Director, and her highly-trained chefs provide culinary guidance and insight into all phases of food preparation.

Polly Talbott, a Food Stylist and Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the tri-state area, has professionally designed the curriculum to present a wide variety of basic and challenging techniques and cooking methods. Every class at A la Carte is both educational and enjoyable, customized to maximize your learning experience.

In addition, the curriculum offers very successful and productive Corporate Team Building cooking classes, and a wide variety of cooking class parties and events for both children and adults. It's a great place to meet people, and a great place for a date!

A la Carte is also a culinary consulting center: providing recipe development, packaging instruction development, and consulting for food companies, corporations and the foodservice industry.
