Polly Talbott, a certified culinary professional with a degree in Home Economics focusing on foods and nutrition, leads a talented team of professionals dedicated to teaching students of nearly all ages how to have confidence in the kitchen.

This class gave me the confidence to cook.
This has been my 9th year bringing my 7th grade French students to A la Carte. I must say each year is more fun than the last! The kids have a great time preparing the meal and eating it (although I must admit they’re not thrilled about cleaning up). Looking forward to many more years with you and your crew!
