What Our Students Say
This class gave me the confidence to cook.
…Our time at your culinary school will forever remain in my mind and my heart as a very special day…
Such a great way to tune up your cooking skills. Everything ran so smoothly and we really picked up some valuable tips in addition to making a delicious meal. Thank you Polly and Stu sharing for expertise with us.
Another home-run! Had such a great time with my son and, as always, went home with a stack of great new recipes and a whole bunch of cooking tips and tricks.
This has been my 9th year bringing my 7th grade French students to A la Carte. I must say each year is more fun than the last! The kids have a great time preparing the meal and eating it (although I must admit they’re not thrilled about cleaning up). Looking forward to many more years with you and your crew!
